    Dårlig service/ rådgivning
    Efter 5 måneder, nåede vi endelig frem til et tilbud begge parter var tilfreds med. Finn/Akuna tog mål 3-4 gange og "hans" tømrer 1 gang. Vinduerne blev leveret og ingen af dem passede. Nogle var målt forkert med op til 7 cm. Efter Finns mening var det vores skyld og et nyt tilbud ville blive en del dyrere, for han smed ikke gode penge efter dårlige og nu havde vi/han ubrugelige vinduer han har tabt penge på. Jeg er så skuffet over at vores vinduesproject er kuldsejlet for denne gang og at man ikke kan stole på et firma som Akuna.
